General Questions

  • Do you sell parts?
    No, we don't sell parts just the desktop PC.

  • Do you buy used/new PCs, laptops, or accessories?
    No, not at this time.

  • Do you sell laptops or laptop chargers?
    No, we don't carry anything laptop related.

  • Can you fix my PC or Laptop? Do you offer repairs?
    We offer warranty repairs and after-warranty service to our customers who have bought PCs from us. We do not service laptops.

Orders & Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods including Cash, Zelle, Credit Card, and Venmo. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Wallet. We do not accept PayPal. *Please know that we will ask for ID on any CC purchases to prevent fraud*

  • Do you offer financing or payment plans?
    No, we don't offer financing or payment plans.

  • Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
    Please reach out to us (213-399-7063) as soon as possible  if you need to make changes to your order. Our policy is to not accept refunds or exchanges, but we understand things happen.

  • What PC components and brands do you use?
    We use quality components from reputable brands such as ASUS, Gigabyte, Zotac, MSI, and PNY. All the parts we select are chosen for their performance, reliability, and value. Contact us for more details on specific parts.

  • Can I customize a build with specific parts?
    Yes! We offer custom builds tailored to your needs and preferences. If you do bring your own parts we do not warranty them. Please contact us for more details on cutom builds.

  • How long does it take to complete a custom PC build?
    Build times vary depending on the complexity of the order. We'll keep you updated throughout the process. If you have questions on custom builds please contact us.
    Do take a look at our pre-built options as well. We have a wide variety of builds available for immediate pickup.

  • Do you offer pre-built options, or is everything custom?
    We offer both pre-built availble for immediate purchase and fully custom PC options. Check our website for PCs in stock or call us to see what's coming.

  • Can I bring my own parts for you to build with?
    Please contact us to discuss bringing your own components for a build as we don't warranty parts we haven't purchased.

Pickup & In-Store

  • Where are you located and what are your hours?
    Please visit our contact page or reach out to us for our location and hours of operation.

  • How will I know when my build is ready for pickup?
    We'll notify you via email and phone when your build is complete and ready for pickup. If you're interested in purchasing one of our pre-build PCs it's always good to contact us first so we can confirm availability.

  • Can I come in to discuss my build in person before ordering?
    Yes, we welcome in-person consultations. Please contact us to schedule a visit.

Warranty & Support

  • What warranty do you offer on your builds?
    We offer 12mo or 24mo warranty coverage on all our builds depending on the PC. Contact us for specific warranty details.

  • What happens if a component fails after I pick up my PC?
    We provide warranty repairs for components that fail within the warranty period. Failure due to intentional or accidental damage is not covered by warranty.

  • Do you offer post-purchase technical support?
    Yes, we offer after-warranty service to customers who have purchased a PC from us. Please contact us if you're having any issues.
